Former employees: The Verifyfast service is available to both former and current employee’s since our system holds historical records for your company.
New Employees: Your record will be available in the Verifyfast system 2 weeks after you have received your first payroll check from your company.
What does logging into my account allow me access to?
- Income Key information to provide verifiers access to your income information.
- View your Verification Activity.
- Generate your one-time annual employee generated verification.
(Note: Employee generated verifications are watermarked and may not be accepted by all verifiers)
Can I generate my own verifications?
Yes. You are allowed one employee generated verification each year.
When I log into the system it states that my information is not in the Verifyfast system, what should I do?
If you have not received your first paycheck our system will not have received your information. Once a paycheck is received our system will reflect that information.
If you have received a paycheck and your information is not in our system, please contact us by phone at (877) 400-4397 or email solutions@verifyfast.com.
Can I obtain my W-2?
You cannot obtain your W-2 through the Verifyfast site. Please contact your Human Resources department for assistance with obtaining your W-2.
What do I need to provide a verifier so they can access my information?
